Voova Group, an international company based in Pattaya specialising in developing sophisticated online business management systems and digital marketing is now looking for:

Voova Group – Customer Support / Project Manager

This role is open to anyone over the age of 27 Thai or foreign national – if you are the King or Queen of account management / customer support this is for you.

Provide Support for Customers in Australia and Thailand
Monitor Tasks related to development and support and see to completion
Provide Training in Voova Products – primarily Property System and eCoachManager
Assist Test Software prior to release and deployment
Write documentation and release notes as required

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and team members
Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software
Some understanding of the website development process

Desired Skills:
Ability to speak some Thai language would be a great help but not essential
